What if i can't do an element or a move in the class? You are responsible for your body. If our instructor asks you to do something that doesn't feel right, you can request an alternative movement
What should i wear, and should i bring anything with me? You want your workout clothing that is stretchable but not baggy. Classes are usually done barefoot, so you don't need to worry about footwear. Mats will be provided. You may wish to bring a drink with you.
