Moving to music often means that you don’t even realise that you are exercising because you are just enjoying the music and the atmosphere and having fun! What are the health benefits of this class? There are many health benefits of dance fitness, including its ability to burn calories, work out the entire body, boost your metabolism, increase endurance, boost mood, aid coordination, and improve confidence
I'm not a good dancer/ i have never danced before, does that matter? This dance class is for everyone, whether you can dance or not. The main goal is for everyone to enjoy themselves and exercise by moving their body to music.
Will it be too strenuous for me then? No, you can do this class at your own pace. As we mentioned before, the main goal is to move and enjoy yourself.
What should I bring? You may wish to bring a towel. Other than that a drink, energy and a smile!
What do i need to wear? As long as you are wearing appropriate clothing for a workout it'll be fine. This is a dance based fitness class, so tracksuits, leggings, t-shirts etc are suitable.
