I like that you don’t have to sign up and pay out in advance, that they are very affordable, and it’s a friendly atmosphere. The instructors are motivating and supportive and you don’t feel stupid giving it a go. I would and have already recommended to others. I know I still have a way to go but hope to continue on my fitness journey.
