Why is Easy Line Gym equipment different to standard gym equipment? The Easy Line Technogym® wants to reach out to all those people who want to lose weight, improve their health and physical condition and enjoy a better lifestyle by means of regular exercise, yet are intimidated by the traditional gyms. This equipment uses hydraulic resistance pistons to provide extra support while exercising making it ideal for users of all ages.
How does the equipment work? The push and pull movement exercises both the muscles that contract and those that relax. By speeding up the exercise you will increase resistance and by slowing down you will diminish resistance. Each user can find the ideal pace suited to their physical condition.
What can I expect from a class? The sessions are 45 minutes in length, and you will use the equipment in a circuit training session format. Your instructor will give the group a specified time for each activity plus recovery time, before moving onto the next piece of equipment. The circuit is set out so you do an upper body exercise, followed by a lower body exercise, and then back to an upper body exercise.
What do I need to bring with me? Just trainers and sportswear/ fitness clothing… something you can move freely in...and make sure you bring some water.
Anyone can attend these sessions. Although primarily aimed at the over 50 age group, there are men and women of all ages and abilities who attend.
